There are so many little things there that most people never think about as a business owner for 38 years. All the solutions are here with Victory. You build a business to have freedom and money. The idea is to train employees so they can run the business without you having to be there. So we’re excited about it!

Our goal is, and by applying what victory has helped me understand, and my employees, we should be able to double our business. We now realize that each one of us wearing too many hats, uh, we need to separate those and hire more employees so we can get, do a better job, our customers and increase ourselves. Well, one of the things that’s happened is we get sucked back into these jobs when somebody’s out, somebody’s on vacation. So it’ll keep me from having to do my job plus somebody else’s job. So if we hire an employee and separate the hats, it keeps me from having me draw back down into a job I used to do ’em long time ago, same thing, the staff, rather than having three or four hats and be responsible, all this stuff, they can do a better job at what one hat make more money, have more freedom.

And then we will have somebody else trained to do that hat if they happen to be off or happen to be out. So it’s just so much there. You know, there’s so many little things there that most people never think about as a business owner for 38 years. I think about all this stuff all the time and all the solutions are here. It’s just, uh, being able to apply it and get my employees to apply. Uh, that’s one of the things we struggle with is training our employees. So what victory does is actually train you, plus train your employees to do the key roles so they can run the business without you being there. You’re still never disconnect. You’re always gonna be a part of the business. That’s what you’re looking for. You know, somebody that you can, you know, you build a business to be, have freedom and money. And if you have to always be there, you’re never going to have that. So the ideal is to train employees so they can run the business without you having to be there. So we’re excited about it.
