We were struggling to break the income ceiling and struggling to find people. The first quarter of this year vs. last year’s first quarter was a 325% increase in net profit – our net profit went from around 7% to over 20%. It feels amazing to know that that we were able to make that kind of improvement. It’s not that we were living “hand to mouth” before, but we had a significant amount of debt that we had to conquer we weren’t making the kind of headway that we needed to make. We increased our rates to our customers, and that greatly improved margins. Working with Victory, we lost some of the fear we had around raising prices. But we did this in the right way, so we didn’t lose any customers as a result.
